Rockwills Annuity Trust
The Annuity Trust is designed to manage taxes on you and your beneficiaries. When your fully owned (no loans or encumbrances) properties and the rental income are in the Annuity Trust, the income is no longer attributed to you. You get the benefit of a lower tax bracket. And the income is passed through the trust to your beneficiaries.
Rockwills Declaration Trust
This Declaration Trust is a trust setup to distribute your assets in the event of:
- Disappearance for a period of time
- Death
- Total Permanent Disability
- Critical Illness
- Mental Disability
- Resignation as trustee
In this Declaration Trust, you appoint yourself as the main trustee. Then you assign assets accordingly to the trust. This type of trust enables you to benefit from the trust directly for your medical and living maintenance. And in the event of your death, the trust will then distribute the assets according to the trust instructions.
The Rockwills Insurance Trust
In this Insurance Trust, your insurance policies are assigned to Rockwills and a Trust Deed is created. The trust deed then controls the distribution and management of the insurance proceeds accordingly.
In the event you encounter an event that your insurance offers coverage, such as critical illness, then the trust will receive the insurance proceeds and enable you to benefit from the trust directly for your medical and living maintenance. And in the event of your death, the trust will then distribute the insurance proceeds according to the trust instructions.

This Pet Trust is designed to provide pet guardian management and care for your pet in the event of your death or disablement.
